上海萨克斯动力总成部件系统有限公司成立于2002年1月1日，总投资为2,980万美元，由上海汽车工业有限公司（股份现已转让给华域汽车系统股份有限公司）和德国采埃孚萨克斯股份公司 (股份现已转让给采埃孚（中国）投资有限公司)各出资50%，通过引进萨克斯的技术和资金在原上海离合器总厂离合器和液力变矩器的业务基础上组建而成。 公司位于上海西面的青浦区华新镇，占地面积约50,000平方米，建筑面积约23,000平方米。公司拥有员工700余人。制造过程包括零件加工（冲压、热处理、机加工）、离合器装配和液力变矩器装配。除此之外，公司还拥有一个技术开发和一个模具制造。公司已经具备了400万套离合器和34万套液力变矩器的年生产能力。离合器产品为上海大众、上海通用、上海汽车、上汽通用五菱、一汽集团、一汽大众、长安福特、江铃汽车、奇瑞公司、沈阳航天三菱、郑州日产、东安等国内整车及发动机厂配套，并出口日本马自达。液力变矩器产品为上海通用和采埃孚变速箱配套。 在让更多的用户使用公司富有竞争力产品的同时，能享受公司满意的服务是我们追求的目标。Shanghai Sachs Powertrain Components Systems Co., Ltd. was established on Jan.1, 2002 with a total investment of 29.8 Mio. USD as a 50-50 Joint Venture between Shanghai Automotive Industry Co., Ltd. ((Share has been transferred to HUAYU Automotive Systems Company Limited) and ZF Sachs AG Germany (Share has been transferred to ZF (China) Investment Co., Ltd.), taking over clutch and torque converter business of former Shanghai Clutch Factory.The company is located in Huaxin county, Qingpu district, west of Shanghai. The land area reaches about 50,000 m2, and the construction area is about 23,000 m2. There are more than 700 employees in the company. The manufacturing process includes parts manufacturing (stamping, heat treatment, machining), clutch assembly and torque converter assembly. In addition, the company has an R & D centre as well as a tooling center. The annual production capacity of clutch and torque converter is 4,000,000 and 340,000 sets respectively. The Clutch is mainly supplied for SVW, SGM, SAIC, SGMW, FAW, FAW-VW, Ford, Beijing Jeep, JMC, Chery, SAME, Zhengzhou Nissan, DAE etc, and export to Mazda (Japan).
