总公司成立于1990年，是以福建省丰富的森林资源为依托，拥有3家林业生产经营企业，年生产妥尔油系列产品近万吨，年产纯马尾松蒸汽法脂松香10000吨及松香改性树脂7000吨；同时以各种方式联营、联办松焦油等各类加工厂，经济、技术力量雄厚。为了方便中小客户的需求，总公司已在上海，天津，深圳等地设立仓库。
2009年2月上海分公司的正式成立，是进一步的衔接和完善了总公司的前进步伐，上海分公司一直以来秉承着总公司 “以诚为本，信誉上” 的经营理念,以品质、、技术和服务赢得客户的信赖与支持；灵敏的信息及灵活的策略,使我们不断的成长，满足不同客户的需求。

The headquarters is established in 1990,which is backed by the rich forest resources in Fujian Province .It owns 3 forestry production and management enterprises which produce nearly 10 thousand tons of tall oil series of productions， pure gum rosin steamed by masson pine 1 thousand tons and modified resin rosin 7 thousand tons annually.
