我校拥有的教师队伍，其专业的教学质量及敬业的教学态度保证了的口碑，并赢得了外籍学生的一致称誉，这些为学校这11年来迅速发展壮大提供了有力保证。为确保教学质量，我校自1997年成立以来一直招聘具有两年以上对外汉语教学经验的教师。但由于近几年随着中国社会对外发展迅猛，后奥运经济的复苏，使得学员数量增长迅速，特别是国外合作语言机构对合格汉语教师的需求增加，使真正能胜任实际教学工作的教师供不应求。一些应聘教师曾参加过相关的培训，并取得了相关证书，但由于缺乏实践教学经验，因而难以胜任实际的教学工作。我校为了满足有志于从事对外汉语教学工作的广大业者的要求，坚持开设对外汉语教师的岗前培训，今已有6年之久，我校的办学优势在于辅导讲师水平高，经验丰富，全部来自各大学对外汉语，或是由本校教学经验丰富的讲师亲自授课。
