《中国马术与赛马》杂志为双月刊，全年共发行六期，是一本国内外公开发行的马术与赛马行业综合性期刊。它专门报导中国内地、香港、澳门、等亚洲地区、以及欧美新的马术及赛马资讯，介绍其上下游产业，包括养马育马业、马场管理、马具、饲料、营养保健等，是覆盖大中华地区的专业杂志。
《中国马术与赛马》杂志立足于中国内地、香港和澳门，发行对象为马界专业人员及行业协会、俱乐部、马匹养殖场、马术学校、销售商、行业制造商和从业人员、管理人员、马术与赛马爱好者及专业运动员。
