博西威家用电器有限公司，是博世和西门子家用电器集团在中国的滚筒洗衣机生产基地，于1994年12月由博世和西门子家用电器集团与无锡小天鹅股份有限公司合资创建，博世和西门子家用电器集团持有60%的股份，投资总额达3,835万美金，注册资本2,930万美金。经批准，无锡小天鹅股份有限公司于2011年10月将其所持有的40%股份转让给博西家用电器投资（中国）有限公司，此博西威家用电器有限公司成为博世和西门子家电集团的全资子公司。作为集团在亚洲重要的洗衣机生产基地之一，公司生产滚筒洗衣机及干衣机产品主要面向中国市场，同时出口其他亚洲和欧洲国家。
博西威家用电器有限公司位于江苏省无锡市开发区，工厂占地面积约24,900平方米，年产量超过700,000台洗衣机，拥有员工400多名。公司全面引进全自动生产设备和生产技术，严格执行德国质量标准, 并始终致力于开发和生产具有德国品质，适合中国家庭使用的洗衣干衣设备。
博西威公司信守有关环境保护、职业健康安全和质量的承诺，先后获得ISO9001质量管理体系认证、ISO14000环境管理体系认证、OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系认证，并通过了CCC(中国)认证和VDE(德国)认证。
BSW Household Appliances Co., Ltd. was established in December 1994 as a joint venture between BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliance Group and Wuxi Little Swan Co. Ltd. BSH holds 60% of the total share. The factory invested more than USD 38.35 million with a registered capital of USD 29.30 million. With the approval Wuxi Little Swan Co. Ltd. transferred its 40% equity interest to BSH Home Appliances Holding (China) Co., Ltd. in October 2011. BSW Household Appliances has become subsidiary of BSH Group. It’s one of the most important manufacturing bases of washing machines for BSH in Asia. The front-loading washing machines and wash-dryers made here are sold mainly in China and partly exported to Asian and European countries.
The company is located in Wuxi National High-Tech Development Zone in Jiangsu Province. More than 400 employees are working in the factory and the factory has an area of about 24,887 square meters. Its annual production capacity reaches more than 700,000 units. Fully automatic production line and advanced production technology are used for producing washing machines and wash-dryers suitable for Chinese household. The company applies for the development and production the same stringent criteria as in Germany, the advanced technology and the excellent quality standards are the same in China as in Germany.
Due to its commitment to environment and quality, the company consecutively received certifications of ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, CCC (China Compulsory Certification) and CCEL (China Certification for Environmental Labeling).
