上海振森木业机械有限公司成立于2000年，在上海普陀区工商局注册。
本公司经过8年的设计制造开发，于2009年7月7日在广东雷州奋勇华侨农场内试制成功了一条年产3万立方（多层热压机串联式设备工艺布置）的高密度纤维薄板生产线成套设备。同时也研发成功新一代绿色环保（无甲醛释放量）的配方工艺。薄板产品通过了广东省湛江市质量监督检测所检测，各项指标达到了高密度检测标准，甲醛释放量，穿孔萃取法Mg/100g，2.5。低于欧州标准的甲醛释放量：Mg/100g，5。
并于同年在国家知识产权局申请了发明专利，专利号分别为200910054774.1(高密度纤维薄板的生产工艺)和200910200643.X（无甲醛的人造板粘合剂及制作工艺）。2010年6月16日，国家知识产权局发明专利公报第26卷第24号刊出公示，200910200643.X的发明专利于2012年1月取得国家授权。
2012年“上海振森”在江苏投资年产量为5万立方米的无甲醛高密度板项目，将麦秸秆等废弃农材作物，再生二次循环利用，试制出无胶无甲醛高密度板和各类木质衍生产品，并且达到世界木制品行业的环保高标准，是本项目的核心价值。

In 2012," Shanghai ZhenSen” has invested an annual output of 50000 cubic meters of formaldehyde-free density board product line in Jiangsu province, “Zhensen” is underlying to produce no glue formaldehyde free high density board and various types of wood derivatives in terms of utilizing the wheat straw waste agricultural material crop, and then regeneration recycling them.
