“大连延平船舶管理有限公司”于2007年经中华人民共和国交通部批准正式成立，前身为创建于2002年的大连延平船务代理有限公司。
公司目前自营及管理三条船舶。主要经营中、日、韩、东南亚及全球航线的散杂货及集装箱运输。通过程租，期租等方式不断扩展业务，积累了丰富的船舶管理经验，为公司的发展打下扎实的基础。公司具有一支精通国内、国际航运业务；船舶检修和保养业务；船员训练和管理业务，以“客户上”为服务理念的高素质管理团队。

DALIAN YANPING SHIPPING MANAGEMENT CO., LTD was authorized by MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA and established in 2007, in the initial stage as DALIAN YANPING SHIPPING AGENCY CO., LTD, which was established in 2002.

WE have been progressing constantly by three vessels, which can be dispatched flexibly to various routes. Sailing area covers China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and even the global ports, we mainly accept various kinds of bulk and general cargo. Meanwhile, we expanded our business，and laid a solid foundation for the future by the operation of T/C and TCT vessels. .Our high quality management team has been devoted to the domestic and international shipping business according to the “CUSTOMER FIRST” service philosophy.
