2007年6月，利安德巴赛尔在广州市南沙开发区投资建设改性聚烯烃混合料生产基地。工厂于2008年12月建成投产，并以此为契机进入正在快速发展的中国市场，尤其是蓬勃发展的中国华南市场。在未来的几年中，公司计划将在该生产基地投入4条生产线体，拥有4万吨的生产能力。工厂的产品主要面向汽车、电器和工业应用等市场。
