航天重型工程装备有限公司（以下简称航天重工）是中国航天三江集团的控股子公司，成立于2012年9月，注册资金340,800,000元，三亿四千零八十万元。公司研发总部设在湖北省武汉市，航天重工装备产业基地建在湖北省孝感市，占地1200亩。公司主要专业从事重型矿用装备的研发、生产和销售以及相关重型工程装备和产品的进出口业务等。
航天重工利用中国航天三江集团在超重型特种越野车和重型运输车领域的技术优势，创新研发的重型多轴电动轮矿用自卸车WTW220E，获得了多项专利。该电动轮矿车集机、电、液为一体，采用双动力、全轮驱动、液压悬架+摆动轴等多项技术，在矿用车制造领域属世界。同时，航天重工与国外矿用装备研发机构和国内大型矿企积极开展合作，研制开发重型矿用自卸车系列产品和其它重型矿用装备产品。
Aerospace Heavy Industry Co., Ltd (“HTZG”) is a subsidiary company of China Space Sanjiang Group Company and was founded in 2012 September with a registered capital of 340,800,000 Yuan. The company’s R&D base locates at Wuhan Hubei Province and the manufacturing base locates at Xiaogan Hubei Province covering an area of 1200 mu. The company is engaged in heavy mining equipment’s (large electric mining truck, loader, excavator) research &design、manufacturing and sales as well as other imports and exports business about heavy mining equipments.
The company utilizes the technology of heavy special military truck and Heavy transporting truck to design the WTW220E mining truck which wins many patent properties. The WTW220E mining truck is a world initial type mining dump truck, which uses advanced technology of twin-engine, all-wheel electric drive, hydraulic suspension, swing axles and so on. At the same time, the company cooperates actively with the first-level overseas mining truck research institution and domestic big mining enterprise to design serial heavy mining truck and other heavy mining equipments.
