江苏金润龙科技有限公司现有两大分支机构，位于江苏省高邮市的公司主要生产基地、研发基地，和销售基地；位于上海松江区的江苏金润龙科技上海办事处，是公司对外的销售分部与售后服务机构。
江苏金润龙科技有限公司建址于高邮市车逻镇，占地3000平方米，包括厂区，办公大楼两大部分。注册资金5000万人民币，具备200名工人、日产量一百台的生产规模；配备有50*40米的现代化厂房和钣金线、前处理线、喷塑线、组装线和机组性能调试线等的系统设施。
钣金线采用一台数控车床，用于加工精密外壳、控制外壳和机组油箱，十数台机械式机床用于底座，灯塔架，移动式灯塔底盘等精加工。
喷塑线包括一座小型喷塑流水线和一条数控喷塑流水线，可以为外壳，底部以及各种配件进行喷塑处理。的喷塑技术保证产品外壳和底部表面光洁、莹润，达到国际水准。
组装线包括一个布线组和三个机械组装组，由拥有多年发电机组生产经验的熟练工人和生产工程师组成。产品性适配成功率和生产效率处于同行业水平。
机组性能调试线系统是公司的生产核心部份之一，由控制台，电子控制、调试系统和五台调试台组成，每天的大生产能力为100台。
