青岛大学国际学院坐落于青岛市石老人国家旅游度假区，依山傍海，风光秀丽，环境优雅，是青岛大学23个学院之一。学院承担着青岛大学国际合作教育项目的研究、开发与实施任务。现设有国际经济与贸易、国际商务、旅游管理、会计学、英语、韩国语、物流管理、电子商务、软件工程等9个本科专业，国际商务、市场营销等2个专科专业，在校生4000余人，专任教师168人，其中外籍教师38人。学院教学实验设施，配有多媒体设备的外语专用教学区域和现代化的实验室，可以充分满足现代化教育教学的需要。
在多年办学实践中，学院密切关注人才模式的需求变化，借鉴发达国家的教育模式和管理经验，融合国外院校教育思想与教学设计优势，课程设置突出国际性、时代性和实用性，30%以上的课时由外教或外方交流教师完成。学院坚持“以生为本”的办学理念，注重学生综合素质的提高。通过多年努力，逐步形成了人才培养模式的四大特色：过硬的交际外语和计算机应用能力、宽厚的跨文化理解能力、的国际化专业知识结构以及人性化的学生管理。同时，学院与国外合作院校实施学分接轨，为学生获取双重教育资历、出国深造提供了优越条件。
