青岛海利直升机制造有限公司成立于2007年8月17日，工厂坐落在经济技术开发区西海岸出口加工区内，总投资2335万美元，注册资本1020万美元，总占地面积约100亩。 主要业务为B2B两座直升机及V750无人直升机的研发、生产制造及出口。 B-2B直升机项目是由美国勃兰特利国际公司引进的，年设计产能为80架B-2B轻型直升机。产品具有FAA颁发的TC和PC证书，拥有世界14个国家的适航证书。同时取得中国民航局的型号许可证（VTC）和单机适航证（AC），该产品进入中国通用航空市场。是中国继“哈飞”、“昌飞”之后第三家拥有PC证书、能够生产直升机的公司。本公司获得了国家商务部颁发的外商投资企业批准证书。
