（tg）是一家经广东省政府部门批准成立的专业光电半导体器件研发、设计和制造的微电子研究所。
研究所拥有一支多年从事光电半导体芯片设计、mcu微控制器程式设计和功能光学材料的队伍。
所设计的产品涉及半导体分立器件、混合集成电路、光电子器件、传感器信号处理、微处理器、定时器、功率半导体、电源管理芯片、光学器件封装材料等，并承接用户odm制造。
研究所拥有多项自主知识产权, 特别是在光电敏感芯片、光电传感器 acled应用设计及mems方面享有独特的专利技术。
我们的开发团队可以完成基本的光电芯片方案设计、特性仿真、版图设计、晶元投片、测试、器件封装,led灯具设计开发等系列化服务。
