山东威明汽车产品有限公司是威伯科(WABCO)汽车控制系统集团公司与山东明水汽车配件厂在1996年建立的合资公司，注册资金八百万美元，总投资一千二百万美元，威伯科(WABCO)汽车控制系统集团公司拥有70%的股份。公司位于济南市开发区内，员工四百余人。
威伯科(WABCO)是全球的商用汽车电子制动、稳定、悬挂和变速控制系统的供应商，其产品也越来越多地用于豪华型轿车和多功能运动型汽车(SUV)。客户包括世界的商用卡车、挂车、客车和轿车制造商。于1869年在美国成立，Westinghouse Air Brake Company是威伯科的前身。公司总部位于比利时布鲁塞尔，在世界各地拥有34个办事处和生产基地，雇员7,000多名。网址：wabco-auto。

威明公司主要生产常规制动产品，包括脚制动阀、 手制动阀、空气处理单元、空气干燥器、四回路保护阀、调压阀、挂车控制阀以及制动气室等。威明公司客户包括国内的商用卡车、挂车和客车制造商。50%以上的产品用于出口，远销世界各地。

SWAP is producing conventional vehicle control products, which include foot brake valves, hand brake valves, air processing units, air dryers, quad valves, unloader valves, trailer brake valves and brake actuators.
