2012年8月8日上海翡翠东方传播有限公司正式成立，公司将趋向于多元化发展，负责TVB在内地包括广告，艺人合作，公关活动，版权发行等全部业务。
TVBC was officially established in 8th Aug 2012, which will tend to a diversified development. TVBC is responsible for the business of TVB in Mainland market, including advertising, artist cooperation, PR events, copyright issue, and other business.

翡翠东方将根植中国文化土壤，继承TVB优良血统，以“传承娱乐精髓、弘融华人生活”为核心理念. 运作并展开TVB 在中国内地的各项业务。实现从以香港业务为发展核心到以大中国业务为发展前沿的战略转移，缔造对全中国乃全球华人具影响力的华语媒体帝国。
TVBC is founded in Chinese culture, and focuses on entertainment, while showing their viewers a representation of Chinese life. Inheriting the highest standards from TVB, we operate independently and aim to develop a range of businesses related to TVB in Mainland China. Restructuring and adapting our Hong Kong business strategy to fit the subtleties and nuances of Greater China, we hope to establish the most influential media group in the Chinese-speaking world.
