Shanghai Herald Electronics Ltd (HEL) is located in Shanghai Qingpu Industrial Zone, with a construction area of 8,000 square meters. It is a joint venture company invested by Herald Holdings Limited and Shanghai Wuli Industrial Company, with a registered capital of RMB 3.2 million. It mainly manufactures LCD digital alarm clock, pointer alarm clock and radio controlled clock, with an annual production capacity of 800,000 pieces of quartz clock and production value of RMB 80 million. The products are mainly exported to Europe, America, Australia, Japan and other countries and regions.
