尤米柯复合材料有限公司是一家由英国上市公司Umeco集团旗下企业Umeco Composites Limited与上海沥高科技有限公司共同投资成立的中外合资经营企业。Umeco集团主要从事供应链管理服务和复合材料研发和生产，其客户包括波音、空客、罗尔斯-罗伊斯、英国航空等知名企业。尤米柯复合材料有限公司主要从事研发生产高阻隔膜、多功能膜及原料等复合材料产品，目标市场主要是航空及风电行业。

Shanghai UMECO Composites Co. Ltd (“UCS”) was formed in late 2010 and is a joint venture company between UMECO plc (“UMECO”) and Shanghai Leadgo-Tech Co. Ltd (“Leadgo”).

Leadgo was established in 1996 and is a producer and distributor of vacuum bagging materials and composites tooling into the composites industry. Leadgo is the sole distributor of UMECO in China. UMECO is a leading provider of composite materials to the aerospace, automotive and wind industry. The Group is listed on the London Stock Exchange and has been in operation for many years. The Group employs 1000+ people worldwide.

UCS will bring together the strong commercial presence and expertise of Leadgo with the manufacturing know how and expertise of UMECO. The company will produce and market a range of films, sold mainly to the key market of renewable/wind energy. It will be a key member of the Process Materials division of UMECO Composites.
