一、公司背景――上海意中海事咨询服务有限公司是中国船级社（ccs）和意大利船级社（rina）合作成立的一家专为造船业提供技术服务的咨询服务公司。ccs和rina这两家船级社都是国际船级社协会的会员，在船舶入级和发证方面都具有丰富的经验。公司依托这两家船级社支持的优势，可为客户提供的技术服务，尤其是船厂、船东选择ccs或rina 船级时，意中公司更具有其独特的优势。通过意中公司的服务，能使客户更快、更好的建造出符合船级社要求的船舶。
二、公司目标－－为我国的地方造船企业提供的技术服务，使这些企业生产出的船舶在国际市场上具有更强的竞争力。

四、主要业务
1、对船厂的服务：
(1) 对厂方有关人员进行技术培训，包括讲授ccs或rina的检验程序和要求；
(2) 协助厂方准备需要提供给ccs或rina的技术文件；
(3) 协助厂方通过ccs或rina对所建造的船舶的能力的评估；
(4) 指派专业人员驻厂作为项目的技术顾问，对建造中的各个技术环节（如，开工前的准备、自检和报验制度的建立、与现场验船师和船东的沟通，等等）进行现场指导和协调，使得船厂能充分理解并满足船级社的规范要求以及国际公约和船旗国政府的要求。从而能顺利通过验船师对各个检验环节的验收，确保造船进度；
(5) 协助厂方做好其它与ccs或rina检验、发证有关的工作。
2、对船东的服务：
可为船东提供熟悉船级社要求的现场造船监理，除了在技术上提供服务外，还能通过其发挥公司的优势，很好的协调船厂、船级社和船东之间的关系，使得船舶建造更为顺利。
3、对船舶设计单位的服务：
1）、对施工设计图纸的质量控制 -- 确保其与退审图纸（包括退审意见）相符、与现场施工条件相符，从而提高造船质量和造船效率，同时也降低了造船成本。
2）、对送审图纸的质量控制 -- 确保其基本符合船检要求，提高被船检审查的通过率和退审速度，使得船舶能早日按批准的图纸开工。

yizhong marine consulting service co. ltd is a newly established company, based in shanghai , set up to assist local shipbuilding enterprises, to build medium/small size vessels, and to promote their products on the international market. the company is a joint venture of two members of the international association of classification societies, registro italiano navale (rina) and the china classification society (ccs) , which have wide-ranging and longstanding experience in ship classification and certification. the trade mark of the company derives from the merger of cultural and technical expertise from italy (yi) and china (zhong) offered to the chinese shipbuilding market. yizhong is able to supply a wide range of services , from assistance during contract negotiation, to basic designs and technical specifications in line with international expectations and following ship construction according to recognized high quality standards. in a few words , yizhong is a quality initiative aimed to provide technical assistance and quality standards that will allow local shipbuilding enterprises to be competitive and technologically advanced on the international market.

for shipyard
1.yizhong can provide technical training to the shipyards’ personnel, including survey procedures and requirements of ccs and/or rina;
2. yizhong can assist shipyards to prepare all necessary technological documents required by ccs and/or rina.
3. yizhong can assist shipyards to pass the assessment of the shipbuilding ability more easily;
4. yizhong can send specialists to the shipyard as technical consultants of the project to give advices on all the ship construction stages e.g.：preparation before steel cutting; establishment of self-check system of the quality of shipbuilding; communication etween attending surveyor and ship-owne;
5. yizhong can assist shipyards for other works concerning survey and certification of ccs and/or rina.
