苏州创奇密封技术有限公司（以下简称“苏州创奇”）是美国创奇技术有限公司(以下简称“创奇公司”)于2008年5月在中国投资成立的家工厂,公司位于苏州市高新区金沙江路59号6号厂房。集团总部设在美国俄亥俄州梭伦市。创奇公司属于美国纽约上市的Quanex集团旗下的建材产品部，是世界上大的玻璃窗户密封系统生产厂商，主要从事环保型装饰装修材料、优质防水密封材料和保温材料的开发和生产，今已有超过40年的历史。作为密封窗户行业的，创奇公司被北美洲10家大的窗户生产厂商的其中7家，定为“优选合作伙伴”。美国创奇公司成立于1960年代末期，产品除了使用在住宅和商业楼宇外，还广泛地被使用于高速火车、汽车、公交车、商业用冷库、太阳能收集板、冰箱等。创奇公司的生产和分销遍布北美洲，在欧洲和亚洲也有他的授权生产工厂。

(hereafter refers to as “Truseal Suzhou”) which located at Building 6, Jin Sha Jiang Road 59, SND Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, is invested by US Truseal Technologies Inc in May,2008.
