太仓奥托立夫申达汽车安全系统有限公司(Auotliv Shenda (Tai Cang) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd，简称 ACX) 前身太仓维欧爱申达特种纺织品有限公司（TAICANG VAN OERLE ALBERTON SHENDA SPECIAL TYPE TEXTILE PRODUCTS Co., LTD）是由瑞典奥托立夫集团和上海申达集团在原上海维欧爱织带有限公司基础上于2006年9月组建的合资公司，并于2007年8月开始量产。由于公司规模扩大和业务需要，在江苏省苏州市太仓工商行政管理局的批准下，更名为太仓奥托立夫申达汽车安全系统有限公司。本公司专业生产和销售汽车安全带，所生产的安全带符合中国国家行业标准，美国国家行业标准，日本行业标准和欧洲行业标准。公司全面推行奥托立夫的产品、技术和管理标准，严格执行其技术规范、质量保证和售后服务，满足奥托立夫的全球质量标准。公司拥有世界水平的织带生产设备和检测设备，现年生产能力可达1亿3500万米。目前为全球大的安全带制造工厂，满足不同客户的各种需要。本公司生产和销售的汽车安全带已广泛用于大众、通用、丰田、雷诺等全球一线品牌。

Autoliv Shenda (Tai Cang) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd (abbr. ACX) is a joint venture company which is established by the Sweden Autoliv Group（Fortune 500 company）and Shanghai Shenda Group in September of 2006, it was SOP in August of 2007.The plant is specialty in auto-safety belt. The management system is based on Autoliv global management standard.
World advanced textile product facilities and test facilities are available in the plant with the capacity of 135 million meters per year, to attain the status of one of the biggest webbing plant in the world. Our Customer includes all major vehicle brands.
