天津三卓韩一精密塑胶科技有限公司2003年成立于天津武清，是一家中国和新加坡合资的企业。与此同时，在技术上与韩国韩一化学工业珠氏会社合作。

公司一期厂房占地20,000平米，二期厂房占地50,000平米,目前也已经开始投入使用。公司拥有的配套设施和2,000多平米的净化厂房，并拥有韩一化学30年的橡塑制品研制成果；模具设计室、研发、工业设计部、工艺实验室以及完善的生产计划系统，使企业在精密橡塑产品制造方面有着雄厚的技术和生产基础。

我公司全面推行ISO9001/2000质量认证体系，并于2006年6月通过针对汽车产品的TS16949/2002认证。我们的产品覆盖了电子、通讯、数码产品、汽车、家电、视听器材、医疗、航天航空航海、工艺品等不同领域所需求的精密橡胶塑料制品。产品和服务类别涵盖：按键；精密橡胶杂件；注塑件；挤出件；O型圈；斑马条；冲压产品；表面喷涂、镭雕服务；模置具制造；和装配服务等。

Synergy Hanil Precision Polymer Technologies Co Ltd was incorporated in 2003 in Tianjin Wuqing industrial estate, a Singapore-Chinese based joint venture and strategic alliance with Hanil Chemical Rubber Industries Co Ltd (Korea) .

Hanil has more than 30 years of polymer manufacturing experience, coupled with a team of professional engineers, the company aims to excel further with the new China plant. With a plant area of 20,000 sq meters , equipped with a fully integrated technology facilities including a 2,000 sq ft clean room facility, in-house tooling design and fabrication, research and development centre, industrial engineering department and state of the art laboratory.

The new plant area 50,000 sq meters, situated at 20mins drive in the newly developed Tianjin Industrial zone had started operation in Jul.2007.Technological development and industrial manpower training are prominent in the company’s operation portfolio.

The company was certified in 2004 with ISO9001/2001 and TS16949/2002 in May2006.
