西马克德马格带钢技术(上海)有限公司（简称SCS）是德国西马克德马格股份公司于2008年在中国上海组建成立的全资子公司。

1994年，德国曼内斯曼股份公司与中国宝钢集团有限公司在上海成立合资公司－德马格冶金设备技术有限公司（简称DMPT）。1999年西马克兼并曼内斯曼德马格冶金部门后, 本合资公司于2000年更名为西马克德马格宝钢工程有限公司(简称：SBE)。2008年，西马克德马格股份公司收购宝钢集团有限公司所持SBE其余全部股份后，组建成立西马克德马格带钢技术(上海)有限公司。

西马克德马格带钢技术(上海)有限公司是西马克德马格股份公司板带处理线事业部下属的海外子公司之一，主要从事以下业务：
-作为带钢处理线事业部的主要海外工程，参与全球项目一体化执行；
-各类带钢处理线，包括热镀锌机组、酸洗机组、退火机组、酸洗连轧机组的工程设计、设备采购、质量控制和安装试车；
-各类带钢精整线，包括准备、检查、检查、纵剪、横切、拉矫机组的设计、研发、销售、制造、安装试车；
-技术服务、技术咨询、技术维修、技术培训；

SMS Demag Processing lines Shanghai Ltd.(known as SCS), founded in 2008, is a Shanghai-based subsidiary owned by SMS Demag AG.

In 1994, Demag Metal Plant Technology Ltd. (known as DMPT) was founded as the joint-venture by and between Mannesmann Demag AG and Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation. As a result of SMS merger of the metallurgical division of Mannesmann Demag AG in 1999, DMPT was renamed as “SMS Demag BAOSTEEL Engineering Ltd. (known as SBE) in 2000. In 2008, after SMS Demag Ag have taken over all the remaining equity of SBE that Baosteel Group Corporation had held, SBE is restructured into SCS.

SCS is engaged in:
-Execution of SMS Demag global processing line orders in a vertical integration mode as a main overseas engineering centers for SMS Demag AG Strip Processing Lines Division.
-The engineering, equipment procurement, quality supervision, installation and commissioning for various strip processing lines, such as hot-dip galvanizing lines, picking lines, annealing lines, coupled pickling line/tandem cold mill.
-The engineering, R&D, sales, manufacture, installation and commissioning for various strip finishing lines, such as coil preparation/build-up lines, inspection lines, rewinding lines, slitting lines, cut-to-length lines, tension leveling lines.
-Technical consultation, service, maintenance and training.
