Yantai Andre Pectin Co., Ltd. was established together with overseas strategic partners in 2003, with the business mission to become a world leader in producing pectin. Within just a few years, the company became the leading pectin manufacturer in Asia-Pacific and the only member of the International Pectin Producers’ Association (IPPA) producing in this region. Today Andre Pectin ranks fifth in the world in terms of pectin production volume. Andre Pectin realizes annual net sales of around 30 million.烟台安德利果胶股份有限公司成立于2003年，由山东安德利集团携手境外战略合作伙伴共同投资设立，致力于果胶的专业生产与销售，是目前亚洲大、世界第五大果胶公司，也是亚太地区的国际果胶制造商协会（IPPA）成员单位。公司年净销售额约3000万欧元。
Royal DSM, headquartered in the Netherlands, is a global science-based company and listed on NYSE Euronext. There are over 200 DSM affiliates in Europe, Asia, North and South America, etc. DSM delivers innovative solutions that nourish, protect and improve performance in global markets such as food and dietary supplements, personal care, feed, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automotive, paints and so on. In September 2013, Yantai Andre Pectin has officially become a Joint Venture of Royal DSM. In the future, Andre Pectin can leverage DSM’s bio ingredients capabilities and global customer access, together building a broader Hydrocolloids platform. 2013年9月，烟台安德利果胶公司正式成为帝斯曼集团合资公司。未来，将充分利用帝斯曼生物配方技术能力和全球客户资源，共同搭建起更为广阔的亲水胶体平台。
Pectin has been for more than 90 years a very well accepted natural food ingredient. It can be used in the production of jams, fruit jellies, acidified milk drinks, yoghurts, fruit juices, beverages, fruit spreads and for both nutraceutical and pharmaceutical applications as a thickening and stabilising agent, and as a soluble fibre. FDA recognises pectin as GRAS (Generally Recognised As Safe)果胶作为食品配料已有90余年历史。作为增稠剂、稳定剂和天然的水溶性膳食纤维，果胶被广泛应用于果酱、果冻、糖果、酸奶、酸乳饮料、果汁、果汁饮料和烘焙制品以及医药健康领域。美国FDA认定果胶为安全食品（GRAS）。
The company based on pectin business, extend to downstream in Fruit Processing and Nutrition & Health (N&H) business, and formed a mutually supportive strategic situation of Pectin, Fruit Processing and N&H.公司主营业务以果胶产业为基础，向下游延伸水果深加工与果胶营养健康产业，形成了果胶、水果深加工与果胶营养健康三大业务板块互为支持、协同发展的战略格局。
