As part of Ericsson strategy to make long term commitment to continue investing in China, it was decided by our Head Office in Sweden to establish Chongqing Ericsson Communication Co. Ltd (CHQ) in China.
CHQ is registered in Chongqing in 1998 and started operation in 2001.

CHQ is a sister company of our mother company in Sweden, Ericsson AB, supplying a complete portfolio of microwave transmission equipment in China. CHQ manufactures advance microwave transmission products and other related accessories to such products. Further more, CHQ provide system implementation, customer training and after-sale support services to customers across the whole of China. CHQ is, and will stay as, one of the leading supplier for microwave transmission products in China.
And CHQ is aimed to be one of the main supply hub of microwave transmission equipment for the Asia Pacific Region.
