控制处理机(CP60):
控制处理机是一个可选的容错站,和与之相连的现场总线组件(FBM)一起,可按组态好的控制方案对过程进MCS40A-0015-3-4-00 模块
*某些需要快速处理的回路的模拟量控制可放在FBM组件中处理,其处理速度为10-50毫秒(可组态),开关量控制也可放在FBM组件中处理,其处理速度为2-5毫秒。
I/A Series 通讯处理机
通讯处理机(COMM10), 它提供了四个 RS232-C 通讯接口,多可连接四台136列中英文打印机或彩色喷墨打印机, 其异步通讯速率为9.6kbps。可分别打印报表及报警, 并可组态为互为后备。
通讯处理机给用户提供下列功能:
*标准出错和报警报文打印功能:
任何能够产生报文的系统站,都有一个可能作输出的I/O设备表。用户可以按照它们的逻辑名称去这些设备。如向通讯处理机传送许多报文,则它们就地排队,并按优先级从处理机传送到各特定设备,这就保证了对高优先级的报警报文的迅速服务。
*报表和大批量打印机处理
如果设备被组态成为可锁定的,报表就可以完整地打印到结束,在打印时,不混杂报警报文。为了及时地输出,其他报文,包括报警,可改道送到后备设备。当报表结束时,设备就解锁,按优先级次序的常规处理方法继续。如果设备没有定作可锁定的,则较高优先等级的报警报文将与报表输出混杂在一起,而且不发生报文改道。
*报文后备
通讯处理机包含一个后备机构,该后备机构是用于设备故障或上锁时,给未打印报文规定到后备设备的路径。这个后备设备可以在就地通讯处理机中,也可在远方的通讯处理机中。通过组态过程,对于每一个连接的设备,可以规定后备设备和第二后备设备。在检测到设备故障时,由通讯处理机自动通知执行后备路经进程
